BETTER COMMUNICATION!
We are committed to improving our communication to parents of SURGERS over the coming months and this page is one way to do that.  To help us in this process please do your best to attend our parents meeting this Sunday evening at 7pm.

We need a current email address for you in order to keep you in the loop with our regular parents email.  Please send your email address to amy@addministries.com if you want to be added to our mailing list.  Please include your name, your child's name and your request to be added to the parents mailing list.

THERE ARE TWO OPTIONS:

OPTION ONE: TELL IT ALL - If you choose this option, your email address will be included in two mailing lists.  You will receive emails designated only to parents but you will also receive every email we send out to your children and we send a lot so if you want to know it all choose this option. 

OPTION TWO: NEED TO KNOW: This option only subscribes you to parents information and you will not receive the emails sent out to teens about every single event and activity.  Choose this option if you only want important need to know information for parents.
